Also I need to know how long it needs to stay pierced before i can take it out and it will not close up. My job requires me to remove it when at work. It has been pierced for about 2 months.

  1. you can buy cleaning solution at any Hot Topic or Claires store in the mall....just don't use hydrogen peroxide! it's good for cuts and stuff but if you use peroxide on a piercing it will keep it from healing.

a piercing like that usually needs something in it for a few months without closing :(  unless you KNOW that the hole is completely healed and dry.

ps. if you're over 18, you'll want to avoid facial piercings if you want to have/keep a job other than fast food, outdoor work, etc. i don't mean to be rude, i'm just saying that customer service jobs are probably not going to accept facial piercings or extensive ear piercings.

  2. Sea salt

  3. wash it with any anti-bacterial soap (dial works great), then dab at it with some bactine on a cotton ball (disenfectant) stay away from rubbing alcohold and hydrogen peroxide.

edit: after 6 weeks of it not being infected and in, it can be removed and replaced with one.

if you find your eyebrow piercing always being infected try changing it out for surgical steel or silver.

also dont listen to what the person under me said about the job thing, if its subtle and not some crazy one most places dont care.
