  1. Store in an air tight container.

  3. Stack it in a wrap of foil/aluminum to insulate it and when your serving pop it in a warm oven to heat, like tortillas they keep moister in a sealed wrap.

    I have made them and have friends who own Indian restaurants who use the same procedure.

  4. I agree with Dave H:  stack them in foil and pop them in low oven to heat through before serving.
