What is the best way to kill brown recluse spiders in my house?

I want them gone!!! I don't care what needs to be done. I thought about using bug bombs and the highest consetration of pesticides that I can buy localy(Nashville TN). I have been told that the only way to get rid of them is to cut off their food supply. Is this true? If this is true, I am willing to kill every bug,spyder,cricket,and grass hopper withing a two mile area of my house. Has any one had a brown recluse spider problem in their house? How did you kill them, all of them???

I was bit in April and have been in the hospital a lot and I would have had to have surgery if it weren't for the recluse first aid kit I got at this site, along with the traps.  

Here's the deal:

Pesticides DO NOT work for Brown Recluses.  They actually like pesticides because it kills other insects and spiders and that's what they eat.  The most effective way of reducing the population is the sticky traps, they get 1 little leg on that trap and they aren't going anywhere!

Get an exterminator, it is the best thing to do, you will reduce the chances of getting bitten, while exterminating them yourself...

Ive had the same problem if your room is really messy clean it up they like to hide in dark and cluttered spaces and they cant breathe if you put baby powder on your bed before you go to sleep works like a charm!!!!!!!!

I live in Nashville and my daughter was bitten by one last Thursday night. I never knew baby powder kills them. I just cant figure out how they are getting in. I have put down glue traps from the dollar store and i have caught a couple more. I am a renter and this is the first time dealing with spiders in Inglewood. I am use to running from snakes. Use the baby powder because my daughter may have to go back in the hospital for a blood transfusion.
