What is the best way to learn SAT vocab?

I use to grade SAT.  Study your latin & greek suffixes and prefixes.  Generally a good base vocab helps too.  GOOD LUCK

honestly there is so little vocab on the SAT that it isn't worth it to study that in depth.  if you have time i guess you could go to sparknotes.com.  they have games with SAT vocab and a list of like 1,000 words.  But your time would be better spent practicing other things...unless, again, you have time

i would say read some of the clasics.

depending on your grade.

start with some like Great Expectations and Jane Eyre.
