  1. look up on the net for 1 on 1 training thats what i done for dancing it is great but if you still feel uncomfortable ask a freind to come with you


  2. Feeling anxious and self conscious when trying something new is normal and good for you. When we do something that makes us a little uncomfortable, we grow. Don't be afraid to look dorky. Have fun. Learn to laugh at yourself. Let your dork flag fly.

  3. you could read up on it,research it. or you could talk to someone else that has participated in the sport and they could probebly help u out.

    or you coud research on what you would have to do in the sport and then practice it before the sport even starts. i mean i have done that before. when i first started snow boarding i read up on it so when i went to the mountain i would not get laughed at.
