  2. There are some OK introductory Japanese lessons available on youtube.

Search "Japanese lesson" or "speak Japanese"

  3. Hmm, I think that if you have a tight high school schedule, then maybe learning online would be the best idea. Here are some sites that are quite useful:

    http://www.italki.com/

    http://www.freejapaneselessons.com/

( Hahas, sorry I'm too lazy to get more. But you could always search "Learn Japanese Online" or "Learn Japanese for Free" in a search engine)

Hehes, I'm also trying to learn Japanese. ( although it's not for education purposes. XD)

And I go to this site.

    http://www.japanesepod101.com/

I personally think it's really helpful. There are audio lessons for you to hear, and there's quite a lot of them. And then if you pay a certain amount of money (I don't think it's THAT much, but I'm not sure) there are lesson notes that show you how to speak even better and such. You get a 7 day trial for free though.

( I'm too cheap to pay for those things, so I just lesson to the audio videos. They're quite helpful too )

    HOPE I HELPED!

    Good luck! <3
