What is the best way to locate a person in Costa Rica?

I'm trying to find a friend in Costa Rica, I know his name, his dad's name, and the town he lives in. Anyone know of links to a directory down there? Thanks.

Most people here read the newspaper La Nacion.  I would put an ad in the paper under the personals section  .Even if the person you are looking for does not read it somone who knows him or her will.  Hope this helps.
