i wanna loose weight but i dont exercise often because im always busy... i walk about a mile a day... but what is a way to loose weight without exercising much?

  2. Takes more than 15 minutes to walk a mile...you can work out for 15 minutes "every other day"..or just 3 times a week..you will get in shape in 6 weeks...And of course you have to watch your caloric intake ALWAYS!!!

    No way around it..you gotta eat healthy and exercise....HUGS!!

  5. The best exercise you can do is to push yourself away from the table three times a day. :-)

    Actually I'm not kidding.  It's a balance of calories in versus calories spent.  If you're not doing much physically, cut down on the amount you eat (but always eat balanced meals).  Walking and any kind of physical movement is good for you.  Gardening is surprisingly good exercise.  If you live in a city apartment and don't have a garden, take the stairs instead of the elevator and do all your errands by foot instead of by car.
