What is the best way to lose a little stomach fat?

so i have a little stomach fat and i wanted to know how i can lose that? im not fat anywhere else and i wanted to get a 6 pack eventually. whats the easiest way to start

  2. Crunches and Cardio, there is no better way to lose weight/fat than cardio.  Watch what ya eat, cut out some extra carbs and sweets like soda, that should help...good luck

  3. it can be really hard to get a six pack but i'll give you a few suggestions. since you can't target where you want to burn the fat you are just going to have to general exercises and you should eventually lose the weight. Also i've heard that its your abdominal exercises that make your abs grow but its your diet that makes them show. so try and find an exercise like running(walking is just as effective) or biking that you enjoy.

  6. Ok here's my tip their is this thing called a Sauna Belt it make's you sweat more and relaxes the muscles, and also it's one size fits all and you can put it anywhere on your body on your thighs, arms, etc. And while you have that on your stomach do sit-ups it makes you get a 6-pack faster.

I'm trying to lose some Fat on my Stomach myself, I'm just going to the Gym and going on the Treadmill, it helps, and also the Rowing type machine, not sure what it's called, but it helps tighten your stomach, so you'll eventually get a Six Pack there after some time, depends on how long you do it for/how many times.

  9. Leave oily stuff, only boiled stuff, plenty of water and good walking over 15 days


  10. Lay off junk food.  Eat a balanced diet.  Get up an hour early every morning & take a brisk 30 minute walk & do it again in the evening.  Start doing push ups, pull ups, sit ups, skipping rope.  Try any or all of the above for 90 days & see what you come up with.  I dare ya!

  11. get an exercise ball and get on it like your going to do a push up (so your knees are balanced on the ball and your arms are in front of you on the floor, get it?) now curl your knees into your stomach while balancing on the ball. That should get rid of a tummy in no time, PROMISE.
