What is the best way to lose man b***s?

Can someone give me some help on some good ways to lose a bit on the chest. Thanks ^^

    Build up your muscles in your chest, shoulders and arms and the fatty tissue on your breast area will disappear.

  2. sometimes man b***s can not be lost by weight training or losing weight and surgery will be required. You can't thank  your hormones in the food for this influx. However check out 'gynecomastia'. Most people have no idea.

  3. Hit the gym. Proper diet and exercise are more than enough. I don't work out (I'm far too lazy for all that), but if memory serves, the butterfly works pectoral muscles, thus shrinking down the moobs and giving you a jacked chest.

  4. If you are overweight, and as a result, your chest is sagging from fat, then you need to get on a good exercise and diet program.  You cannot just spot reduce.  You need to do cardio exercise to burn calories, and do some light weight training to tighten up the muscles and skin.  go see a nutritionalist or personal trainer.  There are no quick fixes for changing your body.  You need to change your habits, your lifestyle.
