  1. I would suggest a cleansing diet. I lost 12 pounds in 9 days and then 28 pounds in less than a month. I also lost a lot of inches too!   2. The only way is to eat less and eat healthily. Plenty of protein, fruit and vegetables, not so much carbohydrates and as little fat as possible.

    1. Remove Oil, ghee, butter from Food ( Eat only food without Oil, ghee, butter)

    2. Eat boiled vegetables.

    3. Drink more water.

    4. Eat Cauliflower, cabbage & green vegetables in more quantity.

    5. Walk in Morning & evening daily to 30-40 minute

  4. running. i lost alot of weight by running 3 times a week. or even just 2 times a week. at first i didn't see results and wanted to give up but i didnt and i kept going to the track, sooner or later a bunch of pounds came off.

    do you really think there is any other effective measure honestly, eat right and exercise, eat 3 healthy meals a day and snacks of fruit and water in between this builds the metabolism up which burns food more, starving yourself wont work and will store more fat this is natural as its survival instincs kicking i, drink plenty of fluid, water, green tea, and plain black coffee are all able to help you loose weight as it fires the metabolism, eat complex carbs as thhese fill you up longer, protein uses more energy to burn so is better to eat, build some muscle as itll mean more energy is burned when doing nothing as youve more to maintain

  6. low carb diet and sensible exercise plan. NO potatoes, pasta, bread, and if your really strict banana sweetcorn and carrots and SUGAR and any fizzy drinks. try stick to under 10 grams of carbs per meal. EAT any meats fish poultry, even processed like burgers etc, vegetables except that of the above, eggs, cheese and natural fats olive oil butter.

    exercise depending on your fitness level, between 3-6 days a week in cardio, i.e jogging, sprints, cycling, circuits,yoga, Pilate's, anything to get a sweat on and your heart beat raised for over 20 Min's.

    have 1 day off a week to eat what you want. only take it till your happy, then calm it down. hope this helps
