Ok,,I'm a varsity cheerleader i weigh 140 pounds

and i've always wanted to fly but they i'm too heavy according to other fliers..what i should i do really want to fly!!

    Cereal, apples, bananas are good because of all the fiber.  They tend to be filling.

  4. Honey, there is no "Magic" to losing weight...

    No pill, no 'diet', no shake...

    The basic equation is this: Burn more calories then you consume.

    As long as you are skipping junk food and avoiding corn syrup, you will automatically lose weight... But it boils down to building muscle and doing Cardio.

    Anyone that tells you that teas and pills and scams work is just a brainwashed tool... Don't buy their c**p...

    Just exercise and eat fresh fruits, veggies, meats, dairy, whole grains, and HEALTHY fats.
