hi everyone,i want to lose my wieght without going to GYM or without exercising.Some one tell me how?

  1. Cut off a limb.  I know it's drastic but it works.


  2. I always suggest exercising for fat loss as it HELPS you lose wieght and helps you keep it off. However, having a proper diet is much more important.

  4. go  wheat  free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7

  5. two real quick things are :

    cut out all sugared drinks

    eat your big meals early in the day ( your body will have time to digest and metabolize those meals)

  6. you can lose weight by cutting back on your calorie intake but without exercise any weight you lose wont look good if your not toned
