Question:

What is the best way to lose your stomach?

or to create abs

i don't want any cds, any excersise expiment

i have red excersise (google if needed, or youtube it) and i have a big blue ball

any advice would really be lovely thank you so much

  1. To improve the ab muscles, something that strengthens your core is needed (e.g pilates).  Borrow a book from the library.  I spend about 10 minutes on these exercises a night, and have seen big results.  

    The other crucial point to remember - you won't see the results, if you have any 'extra' body fat.  If you are carrying any extra weight - the muscle definition will be hidden.  The only way to lose the body fat, is with proper diet and exercise (cardio).  Not many short-cuts for that.

  3. high intensity cardio atleast 4 times per week for atleast 45 mins and progressively intensive ab workout.

  4. psssh! I got a tummy tuck last january. It worked great, no tummy.

    See what I mean, it's all workworkwork!
