There is no one best way to make a business website. Some things to consider are:

How comfortable are you with the idea of building your own website?

How much time are you personally willing or able to devote to keeping the site updated once it is live?

What is your budget? (there are two costs associated with owning a website. The development cost (usually a lump sum upfront cost) and the hosting/maintenance costs (usually a monthly, quarterly or annual fee).

If you are comfortable with the idea of building and/or mananging your site yourself there are tools like webbizbuilder(http://wbb.riveroffers.com/?crid=11362) or Webmax Studio(http://webmax.riveroffers.com/?crid=1136... that provide a browser based interface. You don't need to actually know any of the HTML or other programming languages needed to build a website all you do is enter the text you want after selecting from one or more basic designs to use as a starting point. Most of these only require that you pay a nominal monthly fee to continue to have your website live on their servers.

if the thought of handling your website yourself is daunting, try looking up a web designer in the yellow pages or by inquiring of your local chamber of commerce. If you find a website you really like, don't be afraid to contact the organization and ask them who built their website.
