  1. Okay, I love making pizza, so here we go:

3 cups flower, a packet of rapid rise yeast, and water. Knead the dough until it is tough and let it rise for about two hours in the fridge, that way it will rise slowly and be fluffy.

When you roll out the dough, cook the crust FIRST with no toppings on it after preheating your stove as high as it will go. The faster you cook the crust means the more crunchy the outside and more fluffy the inside.

Take the crust out of the oven and add any store brand pizza sauce and whatever cheese you like. Put it back in the oven until the cheese all melts together and viola! Delicious pizza.

  2. This is avery good crust that I have started using.

    Thin Pizza Crust

Crust will be firm and crispy, not soggy and

soft, like many other doughs will produce.

    Prep. Time: 0:40

    Yield: 1 Pizza

.25 oz. pkt. active dry yeast

    1/4 tsp. granulated sugar

    3/4 cup 110 degree water

    1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour

    1/2 tsp. salt

pizza sauce - of your choice, as needed

shredded cheese - of your choice, as needed

toppings - of your choice, as needed

-Dissolve yeast and sugar in water; allow to rest for 8 minutes.

-In a separate bowl, combine flour and salt.

-Pour yeast mixture over flour mixture and mix well with a heavy spoon.

-Turn dough onto a floured surface and knead for 2 minutes.

-Working from the edges to the center, press dough into a 12" circle.

-Place dough on a lightly greased pizza pan and stretch dough to edges.

-Spread sauce over crust and top with cheese and desired toppings.

-Bake in a 500 degree oven for 8-12 minutes, or until edges are golden.

Notes: To answer the most frequently-asked question I receive about this recipe: No, the dough does not have to rise - if it did, it wouldn't produce a thin crust

You can add some herbs or parmsan cheese to it if you want.

    Little Caesar's Pizza Sauce

1 12 ounce can Hunts tomato paste

    1−1/2 cups water

    1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/4 teaspoon dried basil

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon sugar

    1/8 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/8 teaspoon onion powder

1/8 teaspoon Accent (optional−−−but if you want it exact, use it.)

Pre−mix the dry ingredients, mix, and set aside. In a small saucepan,

combine tomato paste and water. Over medium high heat, bring to a simmer.

Add the pre−mixed spice, stir in well. Reduce heat to low, and simmer 35−40

    minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cover sauce and refrigerate until needed. Makes about 2 1/2 cups.

    (4 − 12" pizzas)

    Domino's Pizza Sauce

2 cups Hunt's Angela−Mia pizza sauce (You can find this

at the wholesale shopping clubs − Sam's, BJ's, etc.)

    1/4 cup water

    1 1/2 teaspoons sugar

    1 teaspoon ground oregano

    1/4 teaspoon black pepper

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/8 teaspoon Accent (MSG)

    1/8 teaspoon salt

In a medium saucepan, pour in Hunt's basic sauce. Add water,

and spices. Combine well, stirring over medium heat until bubbling.

Lower heat, cover, and cook 20−25 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cool to room temperature. Store in an airtight container, refrigerated,

    until needed. Makes 2 cups.

Because the sauce base comes only in large #10 size cans, store

remaining Hunt's Angela−Mia sauce in 2 one quart jars in freezer,

or fridge until you make the next batch.

Pizza Hut Pizza Sauce - ( Copy Cat)

    35 min | 5 min prep

    2 cups

1 (15 ounce) can tomato sauce

    1/4 cup water

    1 teaspoon sugar

    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/4 teaspoon dried basil leaves

    1/4 teaspoon dried thyme

    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

    1/4 teaspoon salt

    1/8 teaspoon black pepper

    1 whole bay leaf

    1/2 teaspoon lemon juice

Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan.

Cook over medium heat until sauce starts to boil.

Lower heat and simmer, covered, for 30 to 45 minutes or until it is as thick as you like it.

    Makes enough for 2 pizzas.

I like to put the crust in the pan then some cheese then a bit of sauce and the cheese on top.

  3. I like to use a can of tomatoes with italian season and use for sauce and then fry green peppers and onions with sausage and alot of moz.

  4. Oooh! Homemade pizza!

I love the Jiffy crust... about 50 cents a box. Follow the directions on the box, but when you go to bake it, put some butter on the outter edges to have a crispy, butterfy crust.

Then a favorite pizza sauce of mine is:

    INGREDIENTS

1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste

6 fluid ounces warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)

    3 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

    1 teaspoon minced garlic

    2 tablespoons honey

    1 teaspoon anchovy paste (optional)

    3/4 teaspoon onion powder

    1/4 teaspoon dried oregano

    1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram

    1/4 teaspoon dried basil

    1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/8 teaspoon cayenne pepper

1/8 teaspoon dried red pepper flakes

    salt to taste

    DIRECTIONS

In a small bowl, combine tomato paste, water, Parmesan cheese, garlic, honey, anchovy paste, onion powder, oregano, marjoram, basil, ground black pepper, cayenne pepper, red pepper flakes and salt; mix together, breaking up any clumps of cheese.

Sauce should sit for 30 minutes to blend flavors; spread over pizza dough and prepare pizza as desired.

Then get your favorite blend of cheeses. I prefer block cheese so I can shred it myself. Bake  until the crust is a golden brown and the cheese is to your desired liking.
