What is the best way to market or sell a screenplay?

i have a few screenplays right now that i'm done writing and want to know some agencies or sites i can go to that will help me get them off the ground. i've been looking around but the spots i've seen don't look very reputable. also, is there anything i should be wary of???

Contact a movie producer, and send them your screenplay.

Go to one of the Larry Meistrich film camps and pitch your movie to him. He'll take scripts by no names- if they're good- and produce them. Even if he doesn't end up taking the idea, he'll give you valuable feedback about getting your script out there. He really advocates that. His company is called Nehst; see their website below.
