  1. put a little milk in a saucepan and heat it till its hot and pour in the choclate chips and stir till its smooth...just keep your eye on the pot at all times so it doesnt burn

  2. the best way to melt chocolate is you get a pot, fill it about 1/4 to 1/2 full with water, and bring to a boil. take a metal bowl and put the chocolate in it, and reduce the heat to a med/low setting. continually stir the chocolate so that it doesn't burn.

    hope this helps

  3. use a double boiler, or a metal bowl filled with chocolate inside a pot filled with water, and medium heat, you get zero scorching this way

  4. in ur mouth ;)

  5. On low heat on the stove, stirring frequently.  You could also used the microwave--time would depend on the wattage and size you have.

  6. Either a double boiler or the microwave. The double boiler is easier in terms of seeing how the chocolate is coming along while the microwave is better to avoid getting water vapor in it. Just be sure for the microwave that you use short periods of time and stir between each zap or the chocolate will burn (it doesn't melt the same... the chips keep their shape).

  7. double boiler so it doesnt stick to the pot

  8. A double boiler, or the microwave with a little bit of oil added to keep it from getting too dried out.

  9. put it in a small ceramic bowl

like a japanese rice bowl or anything simaler

and heat in microwave for 25 sec.

stir it up and if its not all melted then

again put it in the microwave for 20 sec. again-keep doing this until it melts.
