What is the best way to mop the tile floor for daily/weekly?

I have dogs comes in and out, I use iRobot, and industrial mopping with bleach or White vinegar and Water mix, .....but the tile floor is still dirty, its white and grout is "supposed to be" Sand color, not dark dirty wired looking color. I know you are supposed to scrub, seal, etc. But it gets dirty again so fast. Help (for daily/weekly) cleaning advice~! ?

The best thing I ever found to keep a floor clean everyday is to use a Swiffer. They are easy to use and they have all diffrent kinds you can use. I would go to Wal-Mart to get one though because it will be cheaper but trust me that is now my best cleaning tool for floor.

The vinegar is an acid, so it may be eating at the grout. Also, with that much traffic and cleaning, you probably do need to seal the grout again, or it'll only get worse. I would clean with S*p*i*c N Span and hot water, using the Libman wonder mop. I would do this weekly or twice a week. Then use the Swiffer Wet Jet for touch-ups daily or every other day.
