  1. throw it

  2. Yes, you can lay a portable spa on its side.

The only concern I would have, is that most of these spa cabinets are made out of redwood or cedar.... relatively soft as wood goes, and easily dented.  So, be careful handling it.  Naturally, you want to drain it first, lol.... or it will be very difficult to pick up, hehehe.

You might want to put down some furniture blankets to pad the rails, if you transport it on its side.

  3. If you can remove it in one piece that would be better. You have to place it on a pellet and secure all the parts by lashing to the pellet. Use dunage such as styrofoam or wood pieces or fibre board so that the parts could not move during transportation. Major parts are pump, filter, tub and control panel.

You must keep upright during transportation, lest the filter might get damage.

Advisable to call plumber to dismantle and reassemble at site.

  4. you know..i really have no clue. But there are a bunch of asking websites that you can go to on the internet and ask those questions. there are a lot of people who could probably answer that question.
