    The only way to attract their attention is to trigger their WIFM(What's In For Me?) factor.You can trigger it by using the word "YOU".Let's say there's a headlines like this,

    "Introducing The Latest Product XYZ For Money Making Lesson"

    People will ask"So What?" Because there's no personal connection between them and the product.

    What if the headline is like this:

    "Introducing The Latest Product XYZ To Teach YOU to make money"

    People will get attracted because you are offering a personal opportunity for them by using the word,"YOU"

    2)Attack Their Needs

    Once you got their attention,you should make them feel interested to longer their attention.You can trigger their interest by connecting your products with their needs.In 1943,Abraham Maslow, wrote an influential paper that set out five fundamental human needs and their hierarchical nature.

    a)Physiological needs-Food

    b)Safety-Survival

    c)Love-Family,Lover,Friends

    These are the 5 fundamental needs,and if you want to gain their interest, you should create a connection between your products and the needs.Make them FEEL that your products can help them satisfy their NEEDS effectively and easily.

    In 1987 Philip Shaver showed that there are 6 emotions that almost all people will feel.

    When you attacked their NEEDS, these are the emotions that they will feel.Let's say you are selling supplement tips to help prevent sickness such as cancer or diabetes.And when you meet your clients,you said that according to latest research 90% of people are dying of cancer and it can attack your clients too.Your product is connected with human's SURVIVAL needs.Everyone know that if they didn't take safety measures, they are going to get infected by disease and DIE.Automatically you trigger the FEAR emotion.

    4)PERSUADE With Solutions

    Once you triggered human's emotions,they are easy to PERSUADE.So this is your chance to persuade them and tell them that their product could be a solution for their FEAR.

    Let me explain it in a simple way.

    Let's say there's a headline likes this,

    "100,000 of MEN and & 76,000 of WOMEN are DYING everyday because of cancer and YOU can too can be a victim of it if you didn't take SAFETY measures"

    Sidenotes:Since the word YOU is used,the WIFM factor is activated. Cancer and the word "DYING" is closely connected with the SURVIVAL need. When these words are connected with the SURVIVAL need,humans will respond with the FEAR emotion.Once they are EMOTIONAL,they are easy to persuade.So if you offered your product as a solution to overcome the FEAR,they will most likely to BUY it.But before you make any claims or facts,make sure it's true or you might   cause controversy.
