What is the best way to proceed with hiring a new secretary?

I have interviewed about 30 different people for a PT clerical/secretary position. I have narrowed my search down to about 3 candidates. How do i go about choosing the right one? Each has their own good qualities. How do i pick just one of them???

I usually have about 10 qualities that I look for in a person and I weight them.  It may be something as simple a promptness - 5, trustworthy - 4...  I rate every candidate and multiply the quality coeffiecent with the rating and add it up for each person.  The numbers will make your choice for you.
