I've only had my site up for 4 weeks or so and have had really great response so far. How would you promote it - I appreciate all answers because I may be overlooking something. Thanks

  1. easypooltutor.com has a advertising forum. You can post a link on there. If you contribute to the forum you can provide a link in your signature as well.

  2. Online search...you can buy key words and if someone types in those words they will be directed to your site.

  3. I would post it on Craigs List. Or make flyers to put available in bars and poolhalls.

  4. I agree with Jude.  The forums are great, but it also helps if you can contribute semi-regularly to them so people keep you in mind.  Also, check out local or regional tournaments and pool rooms.  Maybe they'll let you display some of your stuff there.  Also talk to online retailers like Muellers that sell similar items.  Trade shows like the Super Billiards Expo that's coming up in a couple weeks are good too.

  5. I would strongly recommend going to the billiard forums.  azbilliards.com and billiardsdigest.com are the bigger ones.  I'm sure there are still plenty of people on rec.sports.billiards and I hear inside pool magazine has a fairly active forum.  I would also speak to Wei Chao, the site administrator for cuetable.com.  He is always looking to promote others in the industry.
