If you suspect or confirm that your computer is infected with a computer virus. Download a free antivirus program and scan your computer then you should be able to remove it. Download any number of Anti Virus software, like AVG (Free).

You can get real good ones in a store, like Symantec (Norton).

McAfee is good too.

Do a search for Anti Virus and download a freebie, if you want a commercial one - spend some money.

I like Norton or Spy Sweeper. Both are good, but you have to pay for. I got them at Best Buy. I guess you can also use a free one, but they are not as good. A free one would be AVG Free Edition. Try getting Spy Sweeper, I like it the best ; )
