To say I am a sailboat enthusiast would be an understatement of magnificant proportions. I onced owned my own sailboat in which I taught myself how to sail with nothing more then a "sailing for dummies" book and some basic knowledge of knots. It was my passion and my life long dream. I would sail around the Indian river and every now and then venture through the inlet out into the open blue. It was the greatest time of my life. One could not even remotely comprehend the feeling I had while sailing that boat. Anyway, the Florida hurricanes of 2004 proved to be too much for old "enchantment", the name of my vessel. I successfully anchored through 3 prior storms that year but the 4th and final storm of 2004 swallowed her whole. "Enchantment" simply disappeared. I would never see her again. By far, it was the most heartwrenching and depressing time of my life. It would be a dream come true to once again be out there trimming sails and chasing the wind. How can I achieve this.
