in a small town. It has it's small group of regulars...but with the economy...it's not around for too much longer. Any ideas? It's VERY small in and out. No room to expand. English Pub theme.

  1. It's almost impossible to give you any direction without knowledge of where you are except in a small town and it's styled as an English pub.  The answers might depend on which state it's in, what the license allows as far as dining and dancing and kids, what might be some special draw, etc.  What's the competition?  What's the target population? How many square feet do you have?  How many tables?  Is there room for a band?  If mom and pop want to keep it going, they need to come up with some analysis of the situation, maybe they should hire a consultant or accountant to look at the facts.
