  1. There's a prescription vitamin that raises Vitamin levels, but smells and tastes terrible.  I had to put it in my daughter's food.  Ask your doctor about vitamins.

  2. We eat lots of raisins.  They have iron and are a sweet treat for picky eaters.

  3. hide iron tablets in sweets or something or split them open and put in a jam sandwich or something.

  4. I had low iron during my pregnancy, and my doctor suggested I eat Total cereal for breakfast.  It definitely helped, and it seems it would be an easy thing to get your child to do.  It comes in different varieties, so he/she wouldn't be stuck with the same old thing every day.  Switching things up like giving your child cereal at a meal other than breakfast might get him/her to cooperate better too.  Kids love to have breakfast foods when it's not actually at breakfast!

  5. try Flinstone Vitamins they make the normal vitamins and and gummie vitamins.
