What is the best way to ralax your self?

  1. Breathing exercises.... slowly in thru the nose and close your eyes and out through the mouth.  Shake your arms, your legs, roll your head, get any tension out of those muscles.   Drink some hot tea too, like chamomile


  2. You can do 2 things. First, you could use that hyperness and just work through it. Go hyper and get it out your system like go jogging/walking. Or if that's a bit extreme in some situations, just breathe, close your eyes, take time out, think about a calming situation or write your feeling down.

I think to not get up wound up in the first place, develop yourself to where you have control of yourself and you are able to stay calm, having said that in your current situation, and distraction will be fine.  I like going for going for a walk or playing guitar that works for me, but anything that take your mind away from the upset.
