  1. pay pal is safest, but they do charge. postal orders are probably second best or cheques but they take time to clear if they are crossed

  2. paypal!

its secure and insured up to $2k!

    what other service offers that!

  3. only one way paypal.

  4. Paypal.

  5. Stick to Pay Pal,I have always been pleased with their service!

  6. Paypal!

  7. Payement in kind my dear , payement in kind heheheheheh

  8. You have to offer PayPal as a payment method now, there's no choice on that, although you can also specify other methods as well.

PayPal is convenient for sellers to accept BUT it is a very unsafe way to be paid.

There's always the risk of a 'charge back' (buyer says their card was used fraudulently - seller loses out), an 'item not received' dispute (without online tracking proof of delivery, seller loses out), a 'significantly not as described' dispute (can go either way, but down to PayPal to decide, so seller can easily lose out).

So it's far safer for the seller to take payment by postal order, cash on collection (collection only, you can't ask for cash to be sent by post), cheque, bank transfer - anything at all apart from PayPal.

PP is hugely safe for buyers to use though.

  9. Ebay just changed their rules so now you have no choice but to use Paypal, regardless of what the "best way" might be. Paypal is pretty safe, but as a seller you will pay a fee. Ebay knows this, and BTW Paypal is OWNED by Ebay, so guess what? They will now make money on every aspect of your listing: insertion, sale AND payment!

Ebay sellars are up in arms about this (as they should be...why should Ebay dictate a sellers payment policies?). Be sure this is what you want before you list.

  10. paypal without a doubt

  11. paypal is safer but there are charges and then more charges and a wait of up to 5 days if you want to withdraw the money.

if you would rather have the money quick with no charges then I would request postal orders but don't forget postal orders have to be paid for too so maybe reflect that in the p&p so I suppose either way you will be paying lol

    hope this helps

    Tracey xx

  12. Postal order or cheque ...paypall is faster but there are charges :)

  13. I will suggest you to use Paypal.

You can get free training on how to make money on eBay from http://www.squidoo.com/free-ebay-trainin...

This free eBay training video is how to avoid the common mistakes eBay newbies usually commit.

You may not be aware of these errors but once you see them, you would soon find out why you don't get to earn much in eBay, even if the products you sell are worth buying.

  14. paypal, ebay wont let you sell anymore unless you use paypal.

If however you are selling a car or something that has to be collected from your house then  'cash on collection'  is the only safe option.

paypal covers you up to £500, i also give the buyers the option of sending me a postal order or a cheque aswell.

  15. Paypal is the most secure option as it allows your buyers to purchase items on a credit card. Also, if you happen to get a stiff, you can always open up a ticket about them with paypal and they will help you get your money. Other than paypal, I would go with a secured/cashier's check or a money order. Do not accept personal checks. If you accept personal checks, you probably will not get your money. Hope this helps!

  16. Paypal, postal order........... i wouldn't trust cheques.
