What is the best way to record audio off an internet radio stream?

I think I know...I'll try and make sure I'm not blowing smoke before I answer , lol. Might take a few.

Edit...well my idea didn't work (not a huge surpise, I'm much better with the big computers). Sorry. I did find a link on about.com that discusses it. Looks like you need some software (you may already have)...there are paid packages as well as freeware and shareware. I only listen to one radio station online and I finally was able to get around there , but no luck.

Hopefully you will get some answers today. If not and this link doesn't answer your questions, post again or email me. I have a friend who is a master with all things pc and media...
