What is the best way to relieve stress?

I have a lot of stress, built up mostly from my sister. Ive tried listening to music, doing the things I love, nothing helpes. Meditating barely helps because theres not a quiet spot in my house. Please help.

  1. I know exercise, more specifically running, is a great stress relief for me.
