What is the best way to remember my dreams accurately?

I mean, I have really weird dreams, I know that and I want to remember them clearly.

  1. When you first wake up, don't move. Lay there and allow the memory of the dreams you had to come back. Often getting up breaks the spell. I have also heard that keeping a glass of water by your bed and drinking it when you awaken helps, not sure why. If you remember anything, even little key words - write them down. It might trigger something off later.

    Also write on a slip of paper "I will remember my dreams upon waking" and put it under your pillow when you go to sleep.  Sounds silly but often works!

  3. i dont think there is a certain way to remember dreams. dreams go directly to long term memory and skip short so maybe wait a few days and see if you can remember

  4. Before you go to sleep tell yourself you will remember your dreams & be able to write them down on paper. As soon as you wake up start writing everything you can remember down as soon as possible. Don't wait no matter how much you think you will remember. You will probably forget cause the level of consciousness you are on when you dream will start changing as you wake up & you have to stay on that level to remember most of the dream usually.

  5. Don't you just hate it when somone else allready has the perfect answer and you can't add additonal wisdom
