I need to remove the fat on my belly immediately, but a few days of slow jogging has not worked. Any suggestion?

I used to have a lot of baby fat around my belly, especially above the hips. I tried jogging for about a month, but the results were not there so I turned towards crunches, planks and squats. They work wonders believe me, but the key is not to overdo it. I understand that you want to remove the flab quickly; we all do, but remember that the quicker you will remove the fats, the faster they will regenerate back and you will be back to square one. Go for two to three small sets of above mentioned exercises on a daily basis and ensure that your liquid levels are optimum. You also need to stop consuming carbs and turn your focus more on lean proteins and greens.

What I am telling you might not help you remove the belly fat on its own but what it will certainly do is to accelerate the process of fat burning. So you can carry on with whatever exercise or workout you are undertaking and just do this as an add-on. Ensure that you are sleeping properly. Never sleep late at night. For starters, it is only natural that you will start to feel hungry when you keep awake till late and any consumption at that point of time means that the calories consumed will not get any chance to burn, simply because you will not be in motion for the next 6 to 7 hours and secondly your breathing rate during that span will also be slow. It is a proven fact that lack of sleep or irregular sleeping pattern disturbs your biorhythm which results in the irregular production of hormones.
