  1. by heating it up so its a semi liquid again and wiping it off with a damp cloth

  2. by freezing it so that it is brittle and breaking it clear

  3. Use a tiny flathead screwdriver and start working the edges with a little pressure.  If it's adheared to the plastic and metal and is NOT porous, it should start to pop off.  If the glue has gotten into a lot of tiny holes and crevices, use an X-Acto knife to cut it into smaller pieces without damaging your equipment, it should still pop off.

Do NOT heat or melt it, it'll become tacky and stringy.

  4. I peel it off when its dry like that but i would do it very slowly since they are sensitive

  5. I have removed hot glue from many items by simply using my blow dryer to heat the glue, but only enough that it's a little soft and then roll it up and pull it off. You don't want to heat it too much or you will have a mess, like the other answerer said, it will be stringy and bad. Good luck with your removal.
