What is the best way to remove vinyl tiles from bathroom floor?

I've done some searches, but not sure which is the best method? Is using a scraper good?

Much better to use a heat gun (or a hair dryer).

Are they directly on the subfloor?? If so a scraper and heat gun works best.. It s a special heat gun that looks like a hair dryer but heats  the tile and softens the glue so you have to work at both heating while scraping.. If theres a 1/4" subfloor under the tile get under that and take it all up at once, much easier.. I start that out w/ cutting a small slit through the tile and wood w/ the saw blade set at about 3/8" and then using a pry bar just working the  sub floor up .. Sounds hard but once you get it started it s not bad  GL
