  1. least expensive would be to grind the crack out wide enough to patch with some mortar...depending on what the wall is backfilled with , you could cut out and replace each broken block...


  2. If it's not loose in there and is just cracked. That is because the load was not all over the block and it just cracked. If you can't move it with your hand the least expensive way it fix it is to just look at it and say "yep it's cracked" and not worry about it. Chances are without a qualified foundation man or a really big jack you are not going to be able to make any kind of replacement repair.
