What is the best way to resolve a Error 21 problem ?

where are you getting the error? what are you doing when it happens? does it say anything other then 'error 21' could do with a bit more info. Apart from the grub loader error mentioned above, the only other ones  i know of is one to do with the xbox. and a runtime error 21. Give us some more info and maybe we can help more

IN REPLY: no a registry error would give you a specific error with details including a path, not just 'error 21'. Is this before you log into windows?. If it is before you get to the windows welcome screen what is your bios type? (award, ibm, pheonix etc) you can get into bios by looking at the text at the bottom of the screen when you first start the computer, it will tell you what key to pres to get into bios/setup.

Re-install Linux, then after windows will come back on

Hmmm, Error 21. Maybe instead of using Grub you could switch to Lilo for your Linux boot loader.
