What is the best way to resolve conflict between players?

The smartest thing I have found to do..is not get involved.BUT,a method is to just tell them both to shut up.Works for me sometimes..I don't know other ways,taking sides may work idk.

Arguments are NOT ALLOWED on game days. One line of questioning, one line of answer. Other players decide if the discussion should be continued. Otherwise it is to be discussed after the game day. This works with practice. And allows the games to continue
