New Spark Plugs and wires.

Dont use Cruise Control - Believe it or not using cruise control takes more gas.

Dont be in a hurry take your time and yuo will save plenty.

In addition to the other responses, DRIVE SLOWER!  I can't believe with gas prices like they are, the number of people driving these big gas-sucking SUVs wide-open on the highway.  (and then complain about having to fill it up). Faster you go, the more gas you're using.  And, I don't know where this idea of cruise control using more gas comes from, but I'd sure like to know.  Everybody knows (well, almost everybody) that driving at a constant speed increases fuel mileage.  Probably one of those morons I have to deal with on the interstate, constantly speeding up and slowing down. You know the ones, you pass them, then they pass you, then you pass them and on and on.....all the while you're driving a constant speed.  God, that's irritating.....
