Putting a For Sale sign, a list of features on the inside of the window and running an ad are all good options (some were previously mentioned in your responses).

One other option you have is to provide a card to your potential customers with both contact and vehicle information at your truck (and/or car).  I have developed a container (Patent is in process) which includes fifteen (15) such cards which are easy to fill out.  (Fill out five or six and use the rest as required.)  The container is bright orange (or yellow) and captures attention.  It gives you a competitive advantage versus others selling their vehicles in the same area.  People want and need convenience due to lack of time or as usual in a hurry...let them have it to sell your truck faster.
