What is the best way to start modeling for A&F? ?

Question

Any tips besides a portfolio? I am 138lbs 5'10" Very athletic, Half Irish and Filipino. I am moving back to Cali from Japan. Just any tips or tricks of the trade would be appreciated. Thanks in advance for the constructive criticism.

You have to work there.

And if you're a guy, you are too short to model. That's a good height for female models.

get an agent...thats how i started modeling (not for abercormbie)

only way is to start working in their stores

& they have castings for the employees

go to the website, they have lik a video of it

& if you fit the look & they want you, they'll ask you to model for them.

A picture might be nice :) and after you make a portfolio you kind of just get whatever gigs you can it totally depends on how good of a model you are I think.

Nice time to ask- they're actually casting at the moment. Go to their main website http://www.abercrombie.com/anf/index.htm... and click on the link that says " A & F  casting". You can't miss it, it's between the "Join E-mail" and " Photo Gallery". After that it takes you to another window for more information. If you can't get in or don't get in then try applying to the store and becoming a store model first. Then you'll have better chances of  getting an audition or getting chosen from the casting.
