What is the best way to stay awake for 48 hours aka 2days?

  1. In the health food section of the grocery stores there is a tea called YERBA MATE. if you drink it real strong, as suggested on the label, you will have no problem staying up 2 days.

      It's the breakfast drink of South America.

    I drink it all the time, as it is WAY better than any energy drink !


  2. Stay hydrated and moderately active. Eat only small light meals.

  4. watch a lot of movies, eat a lot, drink coffee, invite friends over

  5. staying busy and drinking alot of coffee

  6. Drink a NOS every 10 hours.

  7. Try and have coffee and do it with a friend so you can help each other stay awake. when you get tired dip you head in buckets of ice water and do fun things to fill in the time.

  8. -Get 1 Coffee for every hour once you are feeling like you cant stay awake.

    -Splash water in your face if you cant keep your eyes open

    -Do something more active then TV, but not tiring, maybe a video game?

    -Talk to someone.

    -Make yourself very cold, when you are warm its easier to fall asleep

    -Do not lie down. You should sit up or stand up.

    -Eat a snack, don't eat anything that will make you feel bloated or even full.

    -Smile randomly/ Laugh

    You do know a person can live longer without food then sleep?

    Look it up, it's true.

    Sleep deprivation is very bad for your system.
