hello i got a whole bunch of weights and was wondering what types of lifts to do?

  1. Take balance diet including fruits..don't go for fast food..less rice..no deep fried food..less red meat..more veg and fruits..exercise..dint smoke..don't drink alcohol..drink more water....

  4. Forget the Weights for now. TRy running or swimming and dont eat to much junkfood.
