What is the best way to stop making snap decisions?

every time a bloke is nice to me, i jump to the assumption that they like me, and then when they go offline when i come on i think that they are tryin to avoid me. i know this seems rash, but it happens. that is an example - there are other things like that that happen too!!

  1. think about what happening for a while then it wont be so snappy


  2. Stop and think about your reations to statements before you say anything.  What's another person's motive for saying another thing?  When it comes to guys, just think that the DON'T like you, for a while anyway.  It may help, haha.
