How can I have any internal links if it's just one HTML page?

Alternatively, how can I have multiple pages without a time-gap that would negate the use of Flash transitions?

that is the problem with flash websites. They are not SEO friendly.

You would have to make several pages, with flash elements. A completely flash website, will never be SEO friendly or compliant.
