are there any tutorials on the internet for it and how can i train for it in a gym ?

  1. Lots of ways. Blocking,Parrying, and piviting out the way would be great but if there's no way to do these roll with the punch takes a lot of the power out of it. Watch some Floyd Mayweather Jr. or Marco Antonio Barrea You'll notice how they do it.

  2. The first thing you need to do is learn how to see the punch.  It is always said that the punch that you don't see is the one that knocks you out, almost like getting hit with a sucker punch.

Here is what I did when I was first starting out.  My trainer had me get in the ring with a sparring partner, with protective equipment (headgear, gloves, mouthpiece).

He had me back into a corner so I couldn't back up which would have been the natural thing to do.  He had the guy throw slow jabs aimed at my forehead and I had to block, parry, and slip them.  I was taught that when I slipped (inside, outside, straight down) to put the weight on the leg to which I slipped.  If I slipped to my outside, put the weight on my right leg so I could counter with a right hand.  If I slipped inside, weight on the left leg so I could counter with a hook.

As I progressed, we added right hands, hooks, and uppercuts.  Since they were coming slow, I learned how to study the mechanics so I could just react and it became natural.

Here is a tip for body shots, especially when you are fightin in close.  Keep your elbows in and if your opponent tries to throw a punch around the side, tense your arm and stick your elbow just a little bit out.  If done right, you will block the punch and at the same  time, drive the point of your elbow right into his forearm.  Trust me!  It hurts!!!
