  1. Granulated is essentially the same thing as a powder when it comes to the absorption... it's just a different type than a powder. Either way, both will be absorbed in your system within a matter of minutes, and that's the biggest difference between them (capsules take a couple minutes more, and tablets take several minutes to an hour more).

    The best way to take Vitamin C for optimal absorption is either in a liquid or powder form (for fast absorption) and in a formulation with Bioflavonoids (to help the absorption of the Vitamin C into your system).


  2. read the label and see which one provides the most it would be stated in the grams or milligrams.  

    there are cases, of the same supplement providing the equal amount no matter what form it's in.  

    your best bet is the natural form - oranges, citrus fruit
