What is the best way to talk internationally? PLEASE ANSWER!!?

I live in NY (United States) and would like to talk to my family in Kenya. They do not have internet there. Right now I am using calling cards and getting about 20 cents a minute. Should I use SKYPE? And how do I do that?

If they dont get Internet, then they can´t use Skype....

Actually you can use skype to call with. You have to set up your phone with skype and you can use it to call anyone with a phone. Just go to the Skype webpage and check it out, there is tons of information there to answer all you questions. And no, I don't work for skype. I just use it a lot, ever since I moved overseas.
