  1. First off, if I was you, I would take the baby and keep it away from the others. That way, your baby won't develope the same bad habits the adults have. So it's one less bird to work with.

Now, as for the adults... I would say your kind of screwed. It's extremely difficult to work with birds that have learned from an early age and a prolonged period of time to not trust humans.

The most you can do is to not rush them. You can't just stick your hand in their face expecting them to think it's ok. You have to work really slowly with them. Keep their cage in the same room that you are in so that they can watch you and learn that you are something to trust, talk to them as much as you can, this way seem ridiculous, but it has a calming effect for them, don't throw food in their faces expecting them to eat it, instead, put a variety in a dish and see what they choose from... and small birds don't work like dogs. They are not going to respond to food for good behavior.

I've had 3 cockatiels for the last 7 years that are similar to your lovebirds and still, to this day, they don't want anything to do with me. But my green cheeker conure, who I have had since she was a baby, can't get enough of me... it's really hard to break old habits...

So, all the best to you...
