  1. squats!!


  2. stop eating all that food that you like too eat


  3. Run, yoga and stop eating fatty foods.

  4. squats,lunges,stair steppers,romanian deadlift.  

  5. do wall sits (this is the easiest exercise) just sit like your in a chair up against a wall get down really low you should feel it right away sit like that for periods of 5 minetes

  6. Jogging, Bike Riding and Squats.
